MEET CHRISTINA

Christina was a shoe designer with 14 years experience, and she was the founder and creative designer of her own luxury shoe brand, Femmes Sans Peur. But the brand, which translates to “fearless women,” was struggling to break into the major department stores.

Despite global success through smaller retailers, she wanted to move away from the wholesale business and start selling directly to consumers. But in order to do that, her business needed to undergo a serious makeover.

When she discovered Start & Scale, Christina knew she finally had all the tools she needed to take her business in a new direction.

Through the course, she learned to speak about her brand in a new way that truly encapsulated her brand identity. She also learned how to build relationships with her consumers that would lead to sales.

A month ago, Christina launched her direct to consumer website and the results have already begun to manifest.

“This week alone we’ve sold five pairs of shoes which is incredible for us because we’re at a luxury price point, and without Start & Scale, I don’t think that would be possible.”
