Taxes

We charge sales tax in all states except the following:

Delaware, Montana, New Hampshire, and Oregon.

Follow these steps to get set up as tax exempt:

    Step 1: If you don't already have an account with JB Tools*, Create one by clicking “Create New Account” in the top right-hand corner.
    Step 2: Email your tax ID paperwork using your account email address to support@jbtools.com.
    Step 3: Wait for our customer service representative to contact you further.

*If you already have an account created on our website, please skip to step 2.

You can also do a guest checkout and if proper documentation is provided after the order is placed or shipped, we can refund you back the tax you paid.

Please visit your own state government website or contact your local tax authority if you have questions about your tax exempt status.

International Taxes

International customers are responsible for all taxes & duties your respective country may charge, it is not included in the price of the item or shipping costs.
