Four years ago, Laura decided she needed to find a way to diversify her income. She works in recruitment, but she recognizes that this position won’t be around forever as businesses become more equipped to hire on their own, so she wanted to invest in another revenue stream.

So, as she planned her own wedding and was shocked to find how expensive the process was, she decided to launch a business called Bride on a Budget where she shared cost-savings tips for brides.

But as she struggled to grow, she wanted to find a resource to build her brand, but she struggled to find one that gave her clear, actionable tools.

So when Laura came across Instagram Domination and noticed how clear and actionable it seemed, she wanted to give it a try.

“It can really be tailored to any sort of business, and that’s really quite incredible.”

Through the course, she totally transformed her fledgling business. She changed the name to Own Your Day Weddings, tapped into hashtags that would attract her ideal audience and watched with delight as each new trick she learned increased her follower count.

“It takes you from the very first step and you can run as far with it as you want to go. If you want to tack in and out, you can do that. If you want to jump in and really utilize it, it gives you every single piece of information to actually, genuinely do it.”

In just 8 months, she reached 10k followers, and today, she has more than 22k. She also expanded her business by creating a wedding planner and is in the process of building a wedding directory for brides looking to get married on a budget.

Laura says she also loves that she was given lifetime access to the course so that as Instagram changes, she can return to the course to learn about the updates. This gives her confidence that she will be able to continue growing her brand well into the future.
