Growing up, Patryk has always had some type of side hustle to make cash. So, when his mom started a business, he decided to help her.

Their cleaning service heavily relied on word-of-mouth marketing and solo-operations. And looking at the local services in their area, they didn’t have any online presence.

So, Patryk saw an opportunity to turn it into something more sustainable long-term. He took the 21st-century approach and built a website.

He was able to build a good online presence despite not having the right foundation and fundamentals.

From then, their business grew pretty steadily month over month.

It got to a point where they reached the growth ceiling. Their foundation was not enough to reach the next level of growth.

That is until he decided to reach out to Daniel, who he has been following for years.

Patryk says working with Daniel was super valuable. He had to learn a lot of certain skills in order to grow further.

He worked on the business’ core foundations and the day-to-day operations and approach towards developing marketing or branding perspective.

Since working with Daniel, their cleaning service changed significantly. There was a huge difference in their foundation, clientele and marketing operations.

The monthly revenue started averaging about $10,000, now they’re hitting $40,000 to 50,000.

For Patryk, the biggest win is how the overall revenue grew in such a quick time frame.

“I think the biggest thing that really made a difference for us was really focusing on our foundations, looking at who our ideal customer is, and developing our marketing or operations from the core foundations. That really helped move us, move us forward significantly.“

Started as a side hustle, the company is now growing towards turning into a seven-figure business.
